As we are a club rather than a commercial shoot, we offer days that are surplus to our members requirements.
The days become available for a variety of reasons:

Allocated members days not taken up.
Late cancellations with deposit paid.
early cancellation without deposit paid.
Days for re-sale.

Special Offers:
As our Spanish shooting programmes are tailored to the clients requirements each booking is negotiated individually whenever possible.
When cancellations are available deposit paid, we resell at a price nett of the deposit.

What our price includes :

Processing of Gun Import Licences.
Group meeting at the airport.
Help with clearing guns through customs.
Transport to the hotel of your choice in Chinchon or Aranjuez.
Transport to and around Mira al Tajo Estate.
All refreshments and lunch during the shoot day.
Use of estate gunslips, stools, cartridges etc.

What our price excludes :

Airfares to and from Spain.
Individual airport collection (100 Euros per transfer.)
Extra charge for transporting parties to and from Madrid hotel.
Hotel accomodation, breakfast, dinner and expenses.
Overage if your booked birds are exceeded (30 Euros per bird)
Tips for cargador and secretario (65 Euros per person per day)
Tips for keepers (suggested 250 Euros for two 500 bird days)
Non shooting guests: 120 Euros per day.

Availability & Packages

Shoots can be scheduled for teams or individuals as required including Sundays. Our season is from Mid September until the 1st week in March.

Payment Terms

Booking deposit of £500 per day.
First 50% to be paid 28 days from invoice.
Final 50% to be paid 60 days prior to shooting

Legal Requirements

Completed shooter's data form (supplied after booking).
Each visiting UK Gun will need a European Firearms Pass. Available from your local Police Firearms Department.
A minimum of 30 days prior to arrival, a photocopy of each Gun's passport and UK Shotgun Certificate is required.
